Growing up in the mountains along Yosemite’s western edge with the Stanislaus National Forest as his backyard, Adm learned to look at life as a grand adventure.  This encouraged him to become a firefighter right after graduating from high school. As a sawyer in the Forest Service, he developed skills in leadership, logistics, problem solving and the value of hard work. But most importantly, he learned that his adventure was only meaningful when it was in service to others. This idea carried him into his next career as a newspaper photojournalist which brought him back to school where he earned degrees in Journalism and International Relations. He then had a fulfilling career as a high end wedding photographer in the Bay Area, and throughout, he has been lucky to share this incredible journey with his wife Alison and child Theo.

AtmosThera, for Adm, was born out of a desire to serve others and a love of reinventing things, including himself.  He’s a kid from the mountains, and in Greeley Hill, his hometown, if you want or need something you better learn how to make it, build it or grow it, or else you aren’t going to get it. When Alex brought the idea of the hood to him, which would help so many people in need, he knew they could build it.  So here he is on the next stop of a grand adventure:  immersed in writing requirements and use cases, designing components and building visual interfaces, spearheading product development with our amazing team bringing our vision to life -- the future of oxygen in healthcare.
